I recently had to deal with a broken washing machine and a friend suggested I check out Heritage Appliance Repair. Best decision ever. My Whirlpool washer was acting up and I was at a loss. Found Heritage Appliance Repair online and gave them a call. Super easy. Set up an appointment, and they were at my place in Irvine the next day.
The technician was on time, which I really appreciated. They got to work right away and seemed to know their stuff. It wasn’t long before they figured out the issue. Turns out, it was some worn-out parts. Anyway, they had everything they needed in the van, so no waiting around.
What I liked most was they explained things in simple terms. None of that tech jargon that leaves you scratching your head. Plus, the service didn’t cost a fortune. Competitive pricing for sure.
Would I recommend Heritage Appliance Repair? Absolutely. They were punctual, professional, and my washer now runs like a charm. Overall, a great experience with Heritage Appliance Repair!
